Important Update for Our U.S. Customers: Shipping Temporarily Paused
What’s happening?
Starting August 29, 2025, the United States will end the “de minimis” exemption—meaning all imports, regardless of value, will now be subject to customs duties and full clearance procedures.
How this affects you:
Our courier has from Friday August 22, 2025 temporarily paused all shipments to the U.S. and Puerto Rico until they can adapt to the new customs requirements and documentation process. This means that, for now, orders cannot be processed for delivery to the U.S.
Why this matters:
Previously, low-value packages - under $800 US - were often exempt from duties. With the end of this exemption, every shipment now faces additional costs, potential delays, and more complex customs clearance
What we’re doing:
We’re closely working with our courier to develop a seamless solution to comply with the new rules.
We apologize for the inconvenience and deeply appreciate your patience. Thank you for bearing with us during this transition.
